Pricing
Every service draws on the same credits and the same plans as model calls. Prices are in Tenzro Labs credits, never a currency.
A call is paid from what is included first: your plan's monthly allowance, then the one-time trial, then credits. Credits pinned to the Labs cluster are used before network-wide credits. Every charge is recorded against the API key that made it, and a retried request with the same reference is charged once.

Plans add monthly allowances, credits each month and higher request limits. Usage beyond the allowances draws credits.

Credits, tiers and limits
Credits are prepaid: buy them by card or stablecoin at 1,000 credits per US dollar, or turn on automatic top-ups so a saved card buys more when your balance runs low. What you buy in total sets your usage tier, which sets each key's requests per minute and the most the account can spend in a month. You can set a lower monthly limit for the account and a limit for each key; alerts arrive at the points you choose, and priced calls stop at a limit.

Over a limit: 402 with spend_limit_reached or key_spend_limit_reached. Over the rate: 429 with rate_limited. Usage, limits, alerts, receipts and statements are at /billing on the API, in MCP and on the Billing page.
When you are charged
- Speech: per character of input text, pro rata; custom and cloned voices cost more, batch jobs less.
- Training: per second of GPU time used. You see a quote before the job starts and can cancel it.
- Storage: per GB held, metered daily. Downloads: per GB out of the Platform.
- Fieldwork: per published project per month and per accepted item. Participant rewards are your own budget, separate from these fees.
- Not enough credits: the call answers
